Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy
Made-to-Order Products
All artworks sold on our website are custom-made to order. Each piece is printed and produced specifically for the customer after the order is placed.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
No Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products:
All artworks are custom-made to order and are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or returns once production has begun.
This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, which allows businesses to refuse refunds for custom or personalised products unless they are faulty.Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Production & Order Changes
- Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly.
- Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has started.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details (size, design, address) are correct at checkout.
Replacement Policy (Damage or Defect Only)
We take full responsibility for product quality.
We will offer a free replacement if:
- The artwork arrives damaged, or
- There is a clear manufacturing defect
To request a replacement:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
What is NOT Considered a Defect
- Colour variations due to screen resolution, device display, or lighting
- Minor variations in tone, brightness, or contrast
- Artistic elements such as shadows, dark areas, or vintage textures present in the original artwork
- Customer preference changes after receiving the product
- Incorrect selections made during ordering (size, style, frame choice, etc.)
Artwork Representation Disclaimer
All product images are digital representations.
Actual prints may vary slightly in colour, texture, and appearance due to screen differences and printing processes.
These variations are normal and not grounds for refund or dispute.
Customer Responsibility
- You have reviewed the product details carefully
- You understand the nature of art reproductions and variations
- You accept that minor differences are not defects
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary
- Delays caused by couriers are outside our control
- Incorrect addresses provided by customers are the customer’s responsibility
Goodwill Resolutions
While refunds are not offered, we may (at our discretion):
- Offer a replacement, or
- Provide store credit as a goodwill gesture
This does not constitute an obligation and is assessed case-by-case.
Famous Artwork Reproductions / Prints
Our Famous Artwork collection consists of reproductions of original historical artworks. To preserve the authenticity and integrity of these works, we do not alter or retouch the original image. As a result, characteristics such as visible canvas grain, brushstrokes, craquelure (age-related cracking), fading, texture variations, restoration marks, and other imperfections present in the original artwork may also be visible in the final print. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all artwork images before placing an order. These original artwork characteristics are not considered printing defects, manufacturing faults, or quality issues and are therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
