Faulty or Damaged Goods: We take pride in our quality, but if your print is faulty or damaged, we'll replace it at no cost and without delay. If it arrives visibly damaged, take a photo, reject the delivery, and let us know. For hidden damage, contact us within 2 days at firstname.lastname@example.org. If a return is needed, we'll cover the cost.
Misrepresentation or Dissatisfaction: If your print doesn't match our website portrayal, reach out to email@example.com. We'll investigate and reprint it for you at no extra cost.
Cancellations and Changes: Once ordered, we can't cancel or change your order, but we can update your email and shipping address before dispatch. Address change requests should be made ASAP.
Change of Mind: Take your time choosing your perfect print, but if you change your mind within 5 days of receiving it, return it to us. We'll exchange it for one of equal value, and you cover the return postage cost. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for guidance.
